I provide expert opinion in the diagnosis and management of all types of Shoulder (Rotator Cuff Tear, Impingement, Shoulder Arthritis, Shoulder Dislocation & Frozen Shoulder), Elbow (Tennis Elbow, Golfer’s Elbow, Elbow Arthritis, Trapped Nerve), Wrist problems (Arthritis, Ganglion Cysts, Ligament injury etc.)

Prof. Singh works with a team of excellent musculoskeletal radiologists with vast experience who are excellent at ultrasonography, interpreting MRI & undertaking MR Arthrograms.  Two of the team profiles can be seen below.

Dr. Praveen Bilagi, Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist.

Dr Bilagi (Prav as he is lovingly called) is a Consultant Radiologist with a Musculoskeletal Interest .

He is clinical lead  at Medway Maritime , Spire Alexandra and KIMS hospitals .

He completed his undergraduate studies from the University of Cambridge followed by three years of surgical rotation where he was awarded the MRCS degree.

This was followed by six years of specialist radiology training at Kings College Hospital, London. He obtained the FRCR qualification in 2004 and the CST in 2006.

During his spare time, he loves travelling, spending time with his kids and loves his sports including football, cricket and squash.

Dr Bikram J Bhattacharjee, Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist.

Dr Bhattacharjee trained in Radiology in India for 6 years and then in London and the South East.  He joined as a Consultant Radiologist for the Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust in 2009. I have fine tuned my MSK skills under Dr. David Wilson at Oxford and Dr. David Stoller of San Francisco. He is currently the Cinical Director of Radiology services at The Darrent Valley Hospital.

Dr Bhattacharjeet is the lead Musculo-Skeletal radiologist in the area and my NHS and private practice comprises of Diagnostic Ultrasound, CT and MRI reporting as well as Interventional Musculoskeletal Radiology where I use Ultrasound rather than conventional Fluoroscopy.

Shoulder: High Volume normal saline and steroid Hydrodilatation for frozen shoulder. I have been doing this procedure for the last 5 years with excellent results which have been published in ECR.   US guided injection of Contrast for MR Arthrogram

Sub acromial steroid injection, dry needling and barbotage of calcific tendinopathy of the supraspinatus, common flexor and common extensor tendinopathy of the elbow

Wrist:  Steroid injection in the wrist for tendon inflammation, carpal tunnel, US guided injection of Contrast for MR Arthrogram

Hip: Injection for OA, trochanteric bursitis, hamstring tendinopathy and psoas tendinopathy

Knee: Aspiration of popliteal cyst, steroid injection

Foot and Ankle: Dry needing for Achilles tendinopathy, steroid injection for OA and tendinopath
