TENNIS ELBOW EXERCISES

This leaflet provides general information to help you understand your tennis elbow exercises. They should be combined with the advice given by your doctor and are complementary to treatment provided by your therapist.

At the heart of my practice is Shared Decision-Making. Whether we pursue conservative management (Plan A) or surgical intervention (Plan B), the goal is to create a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle, values, and functional goals.

This leaflet provides general information and does not replace individual medical advice.

Start with gentle stretch and pendulum exercises before strengthening. Strengthening exercises should only be done once movement is full or nearly full.
