Prof. Bijayendra Singh is a highly respected Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in upper limb surgery, with particular expertise in shoulder, elbow and hand disorders. With over 30 years of clinical experience, he is one of the most experienced upper limb surgeons in the region, having performed thousands of successful procedures ranging from arthroscopic shoulder surgery to complex elbow and hand reconstructions.

Prof. Singh is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Tr & Ortho) and holds additional postgraduate qualifications in Trauma & Orthopaedics. He is known for his meticulous surgical technique, evidence-based practice, and a patient-centred approach that prioritises shared decision-making and individualised treatment plans.

He currently practices at Spire Alexandra Hospital, offering comprehensive care for a wide range of upper limb conditions. His expertise encompasses rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement, arthroscopic shoulder surgery, tennis and golfers elbow treatment, distal biceps repair, carpal tunnel release, Dupuytren's contracture surgery, hand arthritis management, and complex trauma reconstruction.
